Our Leadership

FRED COUZENS

Fred was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and graduated from Miami University of Ohio in 2016. He then spent his next 6+ years working with Amazon.com. He spent two years as an Area Manager and was promoted to Area Manager II before joining the corporate team...

Following his promotion, Fred was hired onto the Last Mile Delivery team as a Business Coach for 3rd party business owners, known as Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). Fred scaled the DSP2.0 program, which launched in 2018 with 250 delivery businesses to over 2,500 businesses by the time he left this role in August of 2021. In July of 2021, Fred was promoted to Senior Business coach before transitioning to Amazon Web Services, where he supported three key enterprise accounts in optimizing their cloud environment.
